Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Scarlets Regional Ltd (company no. 03389199) whose registered office is at Parc y Scarlets, Parc Pemberton, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA14 9UZ.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Scarlets Regional Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are via Scarlets’ social media and web platforms.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per platform. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
An individual must enter the competition by commenting on the Instagram and Facebook competition post or replying to the competition Tweet between 17:15 BST 24/05/2021 and 23:59 BST 28/05/2021.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.
11. The prizes are as follows: 3 x Scarlets jersey signed by Wyn Jones and a meat hamper
12. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. For those prizes that require the individual(s) to be available on a certain date, no alternative will be offered if said individual(s) are not able to attend.
13. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
There will be 3 winners overall, with one winner selected from each platform (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
14. The winner will be notified by direct message within 28 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be collected. All physical prizes must be collected from the Promoter’s offices.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and imagery in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
